- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was a custom home builder in California in big bear lake and lake arrowhead. We built many homes together but he would not touch electrical and I decided to pursue this field and 23 years of doing it, it was the right decision.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I received a call about power surging in and out. Upon inspecting the panel I witnessed the surge and immediately knew the problem was outside in the meter base. The underground conduit had broke and dropped out of the meter disconnecting the neutral wire, big fire hazard and safety issue. Instantly I pulled the meter to cut power to the house. Within 3/4 hours I was able to not only get material but have power restored safely to their home. Very fulfilling
