- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 per member of the band ($200 minimum) plus travel. I also politely request a t-shirt, 1 CD, and, if possible, a photo with the band. They will receive the same amount back in the form of a gift certificate for my online store where I will post their photos under an optional password. This online store offers more than prints and canvasses, they also offer merchandise with the photo on it. They will also receive all of the finished photos in hi-resolution for them to do with as they please.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly involved in competitions, and I volunteer my time shooting sports and entertainment for the local colleges. In my spare time, I study all aspects of my profession.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed photography since I was a kid in my mom's darkroom developing photos. Many people have inspired me along the way. My college sculpture, painting, and photography instructor, Dr. Hale and the drummer and percussionist from Chicago, the band, Tris Imboden and Walfredo Reyes, Jr. to name a few.
