- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We encourage customers to review our price ranges listed in our profile description to ensure we're a good fit before reaching out—that way, we respect everyone’s time. We proudly offer senior and veteran discounts, and we also run seasonal promotions, which you can find on our website. For payments, we accept credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo (with a 3.5% processing fee), ACH transfers (1% fee), as well as Zelle, cash, and checks with no additional fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with scheduling an estimate. Within one to three business days, we send the estimate via email or text. Once the customer approves and signs it, we add them to our schedule—usually within the next few weeks, weather permitting. Estimates must be signed to secure a spot on our schedule.
