The technician responded promptly to the request for toilet repair service and was able to come out within 2 hours. He provided a very reasonable estimate and a 10 percent discount for seniors, veterans or first responders. He was very pleasant and polite. He explained clearly what repairs he would be making and what labor and materials would cost. Lalisa did a great job replacing our dysfunctional garbage disposal with a new one and was very informative during the process.
