First, I talk with the customer about the project and what they would like done. Then I review the work area, measurements, materials, and preparation needed. I provide a clear estimate, schedule the job, complete the installation carefully, and make sure the customer is satisfied with the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on professional experience installing LVP, laminate, hardwood, tile, backsplashes, bathroom flooring, and other residential finishes. I continue improving my skills by working with different materials and installation methods.
