FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very competitive, and my customers are generally very happy with my prices. But skill and experience come at a cost and a premium. Experience cannot be undersold, and mistakes and lack of foresight can cost for more in the long run than hiring someone that may be a little more in the short term.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself, Begin a rapport, and then discuss what it is that they are looking to accomplish. Then investigate the options that I see available, get their opinion on which suits them best, and execute.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
a 4 year program at the end of which I received my journeyman license, and graduated 1st in my class. Also I have an osha 10 and 30 certificate, fire alarm license, And NCCER training certificate.
