BEWARE they ghosted me. This company was scheduled for a simple job to move my couch from point A to point B 4 minutes apart. The person I spoke with seemed very professional and knew that I had already been cancelled on same day by another company (Dolly). Everything was set for the move the next day and they no call/no showed and wouldn’t respond to my inquiries. I was so stressed out since this was a marketplace pickup and sat at the sellers house for an hour. Luckily, they were understanding. I did end up finding a reliable company on Thumbtack: American Logistics and Solutions. They were there within two hours and handled the job efficiently within 40 minutes.
