- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Frankly speaking, we price our work fairly. We will identify your requests and expectations of us. We will then obtain the service address that you will provide to us so that it may accurately reflect the optimal cost savings to you. We would 100% guarantee our price at our initial work agreement. It’s that plain and simple! On certain occasion and under various degrees of limitation in nature during the initial quote, we may provide a pricing update to our customer’s subsequent work and customer is under no obligation to accept it, should the customer choose so. We strive hard to provide both transpararencies and savings as much as possible to our customers. As for our loyal customers, we would be happy to extend discounts to have your continued recurring service with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we would identify our customer as well as their needs. Second, we would then find presentable solutions available to the customer. Lastly, we will conduct a follow up to see if customer is willing to move forward with the best solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have done countless lawns maintenance in the past and we are comfortable with our work. Additionally, we love what we are doing.
