Throughout the process Justin was responsive, followed up, and did a great job applying mulch in the landscape beds. Clean up was thorough and the price was fair. I would hire Justin again. Thank you Justin!

I contacted Nelson Lawn and Landscaping since I needed core aeration and over seeded. Justin responded to me very quickly and came over the following day. He said my yard was not bad condition and didn’t pressure me. He had his equipment with him and performed both on the spot. He charged a fair price also and did an excellent job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price competitively, but I also price jobs knowing that they will get done with at least as much professionalism and quality as any other company out there.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Going over everything they want, providing my opinions for what would be best, and come to a conclusion and a set plan. Transparency with pricing is key to avoiding any surprises for those who have not worked with a landscaper in the past.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The majority of my training has simply been from working alongside other professionals for years. Trial and error have been key to developing my skills and finding which methods work the best.
