- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are on my quotes page. $75 for 1 hour or $45 for 30 minutes. For parties and other such events, I charge a flat fee of $100 an hour. Motivational speeches are $100 an hour. An agreed-upon price can be decided between my client and myself if the client is going to receive my services on a regular basis. I offer specials for family readings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start out with getting the client comfortable with small talk. Then I ask the client what can I do to help them. Since I offer a wide range of metaphysical services, the client might be looking for a generic reading or a specialized energy healing. Once the service is decided upon, I say a small affirmation/prayer that will help the client to assimilate the information or healing being given to them by me. If the client desires more time for a reading or healing, that can be arranged. Before they leave, I offer the client my business card and let them know that I am available whenever they need me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am taking online classes at the University of Metaphysical Sciences from Arcata, California. I hope to receive my doctorates in Metaphysical Science and Divinity Studies soon. I have received certification in taking a Crystal Healing workshop with Gene Jackson, "The Crystal Guy." Other certifications are in Usui Reiki 1, 2, and Master courses. I have taken numerous workshops, seminars, and weekend classes for many metaphysical subjects. In addition, I have met and studied with mentors, shamans, and specialists in metaphysics who have shared their wisdom, insight, and knowledge with me. I will always treasure these encounters.
