When troubleshooting with Spectrum, they just want you to reboot your modem or they will tell you it would work better with their $10/mo router. With Brian, he was able to utilize old phone cables in my house to create a stronger connection. After adding mesh systems to these phone cables, I have steady WiFi throughout the house. My SONOs speakers do not disconnect, my TV plays consistent 1080p/4K channels, and I haven't experienced any lag when gaming.Brian did a great job understanding my needs and completing the job in a timely fashion. He diagnosed the issues, purchased equipment, and completed installs all in the same day. Highly recommend, especially if your internet service provider is leading you to dead ends."See more
