- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will never charge for an estimate. Pricing is always subject to change depending on what the job needs. I also go over everything with customer before I begin to make sure everyone is comfortable with what is going on with the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to walk the job over with the customer. Go over any questions or concerns either of us have. Then just stay in contact while working on the project. Communication is key, I will not surprise a customer with anything l, whether it’s pricing or how long the job will take. So communication, transparency and honesty is how I run my jobs.
