I Had only quoted you for repairing of 5 bad bricks on your step. I changed 7 of them. I even wrote out a contract that we both went thru explaing the details of the work preformed to have no confusion. We both signed off on it. I did spend 2 hours of my time to go out and look for more perfect bricks, which i found, to provide a better finish but I guess that back fired too. I had told you that I would have usually charge $500 for the kind of repair I did to to your steps but did not bc I had originally quoted you $300. Once I was done with my work. you told me of an area that we never agreed to get work on. I told you was runng late to my next job but could definitely come back some time thru out the week and do it for $150. You said that was fine and we parted ways. If you would have originally told me you wanted rebuild the whole steps that were in good conditionI could of easily made the contract for it which we both have to sign and would of gladly token the money you said you was willing to pay. Sorry you didn’t understand our contract of the 5 brick repair that I detailed out for us.
