Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: To help you with your notarization needs, Ohio Pro Online/Virtual Notary makes use of technology. Although we don't physically meet with the signers, we still adhere to all state laws regarding remote notarization services. The first step in the process is to email the necessary paperwork to us. These can be sent through email in the.pdf,.doc, or image formats. To give us time to format the documents for notarization, we do ask that you send them in at least an hour before your booked appointment. No matter where you are physically located in the United States, we can help you. Each person signing (and witnesses) will need to have: 1. Identification (Driver’s License, Passport, Government ID, Prison ID, etc) 2. Access to an email address 3. A Cellphone/Tablet/Computer that has a Camera & Microphone. 4. Ability to connect to a live virtual session. It should only take a few minutes once the meeting has begun. Please be prepared when your appointment time arrives. If you have questions, get in touch with us!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am a Licensed Remote Notary out of Virginia. Virginia Law allows me to perform this Notarial Act for ANYONE in the United States, so long as I (THE NOTARY) am physically within the boundaries of Virginia when doing so. THE SIGNER(S) can be located ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY, and they do NOT HAVE TO BE TOGETHER!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Clients must have: (for each person signing) a smartphone/tablet or pc (with camera and microphone), an individual email address, drivers license (must take a photo so physically in hand), a social security number (for identification purposes not provided to the notary), and your paperwork completed to the point of signing.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am certified by the National Notary Association and I am also Loan Signing System certified. Ed.S Administration and Supervision, M.Ed Counseling, B.S. Interdisciplinary Social Science
