He can be a great instructor from the start but seriously needs an assist with organization. Good thing this was a great experience but I would never recommend a personal training. I am so much happier with the new bootcamp I just join. Great people! But for starts I hate when someone is so quick to out a lable behind there name. Just thinking I was doing something great for myself but when you have to deal with someone wanting to know your personal life then throws it in your face when you question them about your contract or anything other then my personal situation. He thinks he knows it all and of course your not God, he can never be wrong about anything. He down talked social media then turns around and uses it because what he failed to realize social media is the new era now. I can stand a person who can lable themselves as a good person but judge and compares you to others. Im not like other people and I can care less what the next person can do better base on any type of disability. I have bad knee and it wasn't like he cared but I did all I could do to protect my knee but I am just happy I am at better place with positive people around me and a new trainer who does a good job and helps me modify exercises that are not too hard on my knees. Thanks for my refund but of course I knew that contract wasn't going to be sent out because it was a nothing but a piece of paper he put together to make himself seem as though he is doing something. He couldn't wait to throw them contract terms in my face but I never got an actual copy of my contract. But im glad it's done and over with! Never again.I didn't gain 18lbs which is a completely lie. As far as the terms of your unprofessional contract I still don't have a copy of....you are full of it. How could you follow the term when you don't have a copy of what you signed. It's easy to say what I didn't follow vs what I couldn't look back on. But like you said personalities were different which means anyone you come in contact with will have a different personalities. Your a nosey person who uses Christian to get personal information from ppl and throw it in they FACE. But like I said you are not GOD and who cares about your opinions. Ever since I have left I have been great. I just hope the ppl who see this understand to get copies of your contract that I STILL don't have. To others out there don't let him move you around on days you agreed to come in because the weather is an issue for him but he will throw you away once he got your money and he as billed you. It's ok to see that you have failed at your job and you want to make yourself feel like you did something but your iffy and like you said we didn't mix because you were being too nosey rather than doing your JOB! So much for being a so called godly man and bashing my personal info in my face. Time will tell he will be pleasant in the beginning but it will eventually fade aways. Never consistent with anything. Deuces!

Mrs. Dawson, I want to thank for your review, whether positive or negative a review is always important to me. I would like to address a few things in your review. Thank you for letting people know that you recognize I am a good trainer, I appreciate the positive feedback in that area. As far as knowing your personal life; "Yes" it is important for me as a trainer in a 1 on 1 training situation to understand why and how a client gets to the point in their lives that can stop them from being as healthy as they can be. You gained a total of 18 pounds when training with me (over a 9 week period) and there may be a deeper health issue. I like to understand what is the emotional and/or physical problem in their personal, emotional and physical health in order to succeed. It is very important to understand what is going on, in order to help a client move forward and succeed in their fitness goals. Next..No, I am not a God, but I am a man and trainer that cares for each of his clients. The contract was not thrown in your face, but I did remind you that you were not following the terms of the contract, that was made very clear to you when you signed it. I do not "talk down" social media, I just don't agree with all social media, especially as a way to get healthy....... exercise and diet work! Not the internet in most situations..... and that was my point to you. As far as your knee. I am the Trainer that asked you to see a Dr. about the discomfort you were feeling, and according to YOU, it was the amount of weight you were carring on your body as well as a lack of physical exercise prior to coming to me, and there were no injuries. I told you (as did your Dr.) to buy and wear a knee brace, and you did (thank you). We did body weight exercises (TRX suspension Training) in order to help you improve your range of motion and overall physical health, your knee was never over looked. Finally, I did give you a refund and told you that I would no longer be able to work with you. It is with my deepest regret that I could not help you because our personalities were not a good fit for you. I am glad you have found a place that you can move forward and i wish you the best in a healthier lifestyle. Thank you, God bless and good health.
