- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed by the state of Ohio and we are required to take continuing education classes annually and submit it to the Ohio Department of Commerce Real Estate Division before our license is renewed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We act as the agent for the owners...most of our clients own only one rental property (a few own more than 10). So, we do the routine day-to-day maintenance and management for our clients.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always meet the property manager in person. Make sure you check their references, and have questions regarding service and response times ready. Also, as a rule of thumb, you never want to be the customer of any service provider who is the biggest. They are fat and complacent. You should want to partner with someone who is hungery!
