She is just great in all aspects. She grasped what I needed. The letter had a pretty complicated language. she did excellent job. I speak and read Russian, however my writing is not good enough, so I needed to use her services. When I read the translation I was amazed how she could feel the style. I asked her to change few things and she most willingly did. She provided the translation both in PDF and WORD. So she is not only great in translating but also in word processing and formating and communicating with customers. I will surely use her services again without any hesitation. The prices are also great!
