I spoke with Miranda probably within an hour of putting a request in. She was delightful. She walked me through the process of getting the information to her and they gave me clear outlines of how fast their work would be accomplished and it was right on the money. They were fair. They were caring. I’m so appreciative of them.

Scott & Miranda were great! Got me in quickly, walked me through each step of my return & set everything up so all I had to do was sign. They even waited for me-I was late because of GPS issues. I would definitely recommend them for any of your tax needs.

Highly recommend! I needed additional help since I had moved to another state in the middle of the tax year. Once I submitted all my documents, my tax return got processed the next day and my federal return was received the following week. Quick to respond, highly efficient, and helped me get more money back than what turbotax had estimated.

They are worth the money 100%. Not only did I not have to pay money back on my taxes, they got me a pretty significant return. They are a bit hard to get a hold of on the phone but are very responsive to emails, and had me in and out of the office in under 30 minutes. I’ve been going to them now for over three years and I can’t see myself switching anytime soon.

We provide reasonable fees and payment arrangements. We want to make sure that you see the value in the services we provide. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, EFT/ACH, Check, and Cash.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally like to have an in-person meeting or a phone/skype interview. During this meeting, we discuss the services needed and spell out terms of our new engagement. Once this is completed we place a timeline together and move towards next steps.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ryan is a graduate of Wright State University. He has worked with several CPA firms in the Dayton and Columbus area. He is an Enrolled Agent Candidate as well as a Quickbooks Proadvisor. He is an accounting business partner with Xero, Zoho, Sage, and Freshbooks.
