- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tree service is dangerous, so pricing for most tree work will reflect the hazards. We strive to give affordable pricing and we stay open to competitive pricing when presented with a competitor's quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get into contact with the customer, schedule them with an estimate, and create a bond from there for future projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nicole has been immersed in the business for 30+ years, Demi is currently in school for Horticulture, and we have an arborist on staff!
