Upon arrival Apex was very quick with all 3 repairs I needed. 2 leaking toilets and 1 sink that needed a new faucet. I've had no issues with anything and it's now been a couple months. Quoted price was similar to other quotes I received. I would absolutely hire them again.

Had someone come out to investigate a sulfur smell in the hot water and when the tech arrived they took the time to explain everything about the water system as well as educate me on the various components of my homes water system as well. Eventually got a tankless hot water heater installed the same day and have had no problems since! Definitely recommend Apex for your home water needs.

Jason did a great job with fixing the toilet valve system. He got good knowledge about the plumbing system and explained me the problem of the leakage and resolved it. He even installed the bidet system on the toilet .

Apex dispatched Josh to address the issue with my water holes sprocket. He arrived early and efficiently completed the job before lunchtime—a prime example of why I choose Apex for everything. All the work was great! Looks perfect! My only comment would be that it was a pretty big job that seemed like it would take a while. The plumbers who arrived (2 men) did not arrive until 1 pm. They indicated that the work vehicle was in repair that morning. I’m my opinion the job should have been rescheduled because it was not completed until 9:45pm.
