I had deck repairs and painting performed. Rick came out and gave me the quote. We went with Ozmar because of the gut feeling. They were not the lowest bid, not the highest, but felt comfortable with them. They started the project and upon repairing the deck found sections of rotted wood/carpenter ant nest. They redid these sections and you would never know by looking as it was an exact match. They painted the entire deck (this is a large deck with a pergola). The crews were great and they left the area clean when they left. I would highly recommend Ozmar Field Services to my friends and neighbors. They truly cared about my satisfaction and that really meant a lot!

They came on time, prepped the work area, inspected my fireplace and chimney. They found a crack on the base of the fireplace hearth that they did warn me about if I were to make another fire and recommended repair. I totally wasn't expecting that. I thought only damage could be in the chimney. Here I was burning a fire all this time with a crack at the base that could trap embers and start a fire up my wooden chimney. I never had my fireplace inspected so I can't speak to the value. My repair was quoted at $200 which shocked me but again I don't know the standard so nothing to compare.

Windows cleaned external and interior, including frames, well done. Painted a ceiling, proactively used treatments to stains first, still working on two small repair patches, happy to do any small or large task, was able to come within the week required.

Total bathroom remodel on my 1920s home. Completely new design, new fixtures, porcelain tile floor, drywall, baseboard, paint, etc. He enlarged our bathroom drastically by taking 2/3 of a walk-in closet and installed a beautiful tile shower. BEST PART: our gorgeous custom handcrafted live-edge wood vanity!!! Joel has an art degree and it SHOWS!! We're getting so many compliments. Also the tile floor is PERFECT and he worked with us to source quality materials that fit our budget. He's also better at communicating with us than other contractors we've known. He really cares about his work and was realistic about estimates and time frames (the job took longer than we expected but he was upfront every step of the way). If you're tired of "big-box" decor and want something unique, we definitely recommend Joel for design, remodeling, and custom work!
