- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I think that most of my customers tend to choose me over other providers because of my special knack for paying attention to detail. I think that customers have a right to expect their house to look it's best when their maid has left. I also believe it is important for a customer to be honest about what they are expecting of their cleaner and take the time to check over the work performed before the cleaner leaves. Also, taking the time to walk through the house with the cleaner and personally showing them what is expected of them is extremely beneficial, not only for the cleaner's knowledge, but also to suit the customer's needs.
