The Transitions workshop delved into the way we think through situations. Every participant should have been able to find themselves in her workshop. Discovered their method of processing the situation and how they react. Allen offered how to counteract negative thinking. I left the workshop inspired and enlightened. She is improving the condition of the world...one workshop at a time, one person at a time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer to gain an understanding of his/her expectations for the services. After this meeting I develop an outline for the services and submit this to the customer to ensure that his/her needs are being met.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Masters degree in clinical psychology and some doctoral course work as well. I have over four years of experience providing both individual and group counseling. I am an ordained minister and pastor of a congregation. I have facilitated workshops for diverse populations. Topics that I have presented on include stress management, finding balance, life transitions, and understanding boundaries.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked many years as a counselor and enjoy helping others. Then, I answered my call to preach and became an ordained minister. I deliver inspiring messages to my congregants and others who are placed in my life. As I was reflecting one day, I realized that there are numerous individuals who can benefit from receiving messages of hope, love, inspiration and peace.
