What an odd thing to say, but we are very happy that our outside water spigot decided to break because it gave us a chance to meet Jordan. From the time that we hit enter here on Thumbtack looking for a plumber, it was less than five minutes before we had a message from him. And shortly after that, an estimate and a time for completion. Jordan showed up, was personable and very polite as well as respectful of our house, and in a matter of minutes, the spigot was fixed. Best part? The final bill was less than the estimate and not only because the garbage disposal that was on the original estimate started working again, but because Jordan did not have to replace the entire outside spigot, just the handle! That showed us that he wasn't there just to make a buck, he was thinking like a homeowner, and that money doesn't grow on trees. We were so impressed we had him come into the house for estimates on a few (always something!) other plumbing jobs. The estimates on those jobs are great, and as soon as we can, we will be having him come out to complete those jobs. We just found "our plumber!" You cannot go wrong with Jordan and Longhorn Property Investments.

Jordan was kind and professional. I felt safe with him being in my home which is important as a single female. He quickly went to work with all the needed tools and equipment. During the job he found that the leak was coming from more than one area and needed additional parts so he flew up to the store bought what he needed and kept on trucking. Once the job was complete he cleaned up the mess left behind quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend him!

so with my pricing the simplest way I can do it is you can Google what type of work you're being done and I undercut the average cost. we also have to take in consideration not every single job is the same your typical Outlet is very simple changing a water heater as well but when painting a room there's so many different sizes and factors and I just understand that not every person is going to agree with the pricing but you don't always want to go with the lowest quote
