the young man who came out was the only one of 6 that fixed the problem and did not attempt to push me into a new unit, he did tell me that there are more efficient units out there, but he repaired my unit in the interim so that I would have time to decide no pressure tactics.

They booked me quickly during the small time frame I could be home. My gas fireplace had been inoperable all season. Corey checked all the parts and explained to me how to use it. He was knowledgeable and patient. He also gave me a 2nd opinion and estimate for my HAVC system. He was thorough, professional and personable.
