They booked me quickly during the small time frame I could be home. My gas fireplace had been inoperable all season. Corey checked all the parts and explained to me how to use it. He was knowledgeable and patient. He also gave me a 2nd opinion and estimate for my HAVC system. He was thorough, professional and personable. Even though his estimate was as high as my first, I felt reassured with his opinion and honesty. The appt was well worth the service fee.
