Very easy to work with. Gave me several options to fix a rotted porch post, once I selected the best option for me the work was done quickly. The craftsmen who did the job were very friendly and worked efficiently to get the job done in one day. They also did some cosmetic work on the porch that I was extremely satisfied with, great craftsmanship.

The crew was awesome! The workmanship was superior and they stayed on the project and took their time making sure there quality of work was not only done right but superseded most contractors that I have ever hired! They take pride in their work and it shows! They did a fantastic clean up job after the project was done. The crew also let me know that the original columns that I had bought for the job was damaged and that not all materials that was needed to complete the job was missing so that I could go back to the place that I bought the material to get the missing parts. The company was very patient with me on getting the new materials needed to complete the job. I ended up having to contact the manufacturer of the columns to be able to get what I wanted which took over a week and I was not charged for the original day the crew came out to do the job. I apologize to the company about not having the right material and they said no worries it happens all the time. I really appreciated this company for doing this because time is money in their field! The project manager came out twice to talk to me looked at the damaged columns that I had bought not knowingly and explained in detailed what I needed to get to get the project done and again came out and looked at the finished project to make sure I was happy with the job. I highly recommend Newlifedecks they do an amazing awesome job and it is money well spent! You won’t be disappointed in their ability to complete the job and will be blown away by their quality of workmanship! Thank you Newlifedecks for going way above for me and helping me make my home beautiful! I am a widow just over three years and I am single and was used to me and my husband doing all the repairs to our home and this is my first time having to hirer out the work that I need for the projects on my home. This is a huge deal for us single ladies that may or may not have the knowledge too complete the projects at our home but actually trusting a company to come out and do the job and do it with perfection it’s much appreciated far more than you may think. They built me a platform and 2 steps. I plan to hire them again. Wilson in their team is a smiley face. Despite some language barrier, it was a joy to work with him. Jared is the main person and there is no language barrier there. Overall there were a few hiccups but that can happen in any construction project. In the end, everything was fine.

Jared and his team have been fantastic to work with. We have had New Life Decks complete 2 projects for us so far and we could not be happier with the results. The first project was a new deck off our second story and they went above all expectations in both craftsmanship and attention to detail. The second project was a 24 x 16 foot pavillion and again we couldn't be more pleased with the results. The additional details they added were above what we expected and made the final project exceptional in its design, function and quality. Work sites were cleaned up each day the team was punctual and completed the projects on time. We will be using this company again in the future.
