Introduction: I have been involved in approximately 20 startup organizations, a couple of which grew to substantial company's ranging from $20M to over $200M. I know what it takes to start a company, while these companies were successful, we probably experienced every pitfall there was. I like producing a road map of what you expect to happen in the business and then seeing what happens. Obviously not everything that you planned for will happen but then it requires you to adjust.
