We love our bathroom tile floor! They were prompt and efficient and went the extra mile to reconnect our vanity and baseboards. Also, we looked many places for the specific color and look and they had exactly what we wanted.

Company was responsive and on time for quote. price was kind of high for job that materials were being supplied for. Update: My rating was based on my perspective of the price as a customer. I understand costs, however this job would have taken an hour at most for 1 person. I have no negative thoughts or perspective about the company, I do understand that ratings impact business and have changed it to 4 stars. Everything else was great, as stated, responsive, on time, friendly. Nothing else to base anything on.

I cant recommend Floor Coverings International of Southeast Dayton enough! They recently did the flooring in my home, and the entire experience far exceeded my expectations. Their Mobile Flooring Showroom made choosing materials incredibly simple being able to see every sample right in my own space took the guesswork out of everything.James, Jeremy, and Eric were phenomenal from start to finish. Truly a group of great guys professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly passionate about what they do. They walked me through every step, answered every question, and made sure I felt confident in all my choices. When installation day came, they worked efficiently, treated my home with care, and delivered work that was absolutely flawless.The finished product completely transformed my space. The quality is beyond anything I expected, and you can tell these guys take pride in their craftsmanship. Even after the job was done, they followed up to make sure I was happy something you dont see often these days.If youre looking for new floors, dont waste your time comparing a bunch of companies. Floor Coverings International of Southeast Dayton is the company to call. Between the quality of the floors, the smooth process, and the incredible team especially James, Jeremy, and Eric theyre easily the best in the business.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We do offer free estimates, however have a minimum charge of $350 for travel time, gas, assessment, and labor. We typically aren't the cheapest option because we only carry high quality materials with warranties to help your floors last longer. We also strive to give you an amazing customer experience at such high levels we only employ the best installers and design team. We do have financing options available and with over 3000 samples available, we can work within your budget.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We offer the in-home shopping experience. One of our design associates will show up at your home with a van containing over 3000 samples. You will see larger samples in your own home with your own color schemes and lighting. Our experts will help you pick the perfect products for your long term happiness. Our goal is your long term happiness in your flooring!
