Mark Webber's Landscaping was contracted to install a seat wall with deck and paver patio. To do better he needs to honor the contract and obtain a building permit, build the structure to code, follow the decking manufacturer's specifications, follow National Electric Code, put in the organic materials like the contract says, and not re-use 20-year old joists on a new deck. Oh yes, and not take six months to complete the project.
