- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand that not everyone's budget is the same which means that I can customize a photo or video package that will best suit you and your budget. The most important part is making YOU, the customer, happy. I will work with you from the very beginning to custom build whatever package fits best with you, your business and your family
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I request an In-Person meeting once we've made an initial connection so that we can discuss deposits (25% of the overall cost of whatever service you're in need of) and to talk about specifics
