Dick's plowed my driveway and sidewalk this past winter. They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them. We made an agreement at the beginning of the season, so I didn't need to contact them every time it snowed. They automatically showed up when it snowed or if there was ice. Pricing was agreed to up front. I think the pricing was fair compared to others that I've plow in the past.

my pricing is straight forward with no fees unless bills go unpaid. I offer discounts for referrals and a loyalty program.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
on average we transfer about 4 or 5 messages. I put together a contract that outlines every detail about what is going to happen and from there I work as autonomously as you want me to.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are a lot of options out there in this area, what I do is tailor each contract to exactly what each customer wants and I keep notes about changes and nuances. What I recommend is avoiding the cookie-cutter services that promote rock bottom prices. you may not be getting what you want and they may even use products that are cheaper that could damage your property.
