Steve was very friendly - I liked that he called to remind me of my apt and told me where to park so he could let me in the building on a Saturday. Mary was very nice & informative on what to save so we can get more back. It is my husband and I's first year filing married ---- so she gave us many tips. I was quoted online at $75, and she didn't know that - so she was gonna charge me $200...when I told her of my quote, she changed it to $75 no questions asked. I will definitely refer friends / family, and come back next year.
