Sonny the owner was very professional. Provided good customer service but also provided recommendations for future work that might be needed. No pressure. Price was reasonable. I would use him again for future jobs.

We were under a time crunch and Monster tree service was extremely fast with a text. They communicated clearly what they were going to since I was not able to be on the premises. They showed up that same day to do the work. Unfortunately Mother Nature became a little too volatile to finish the job. They completed 90% of the work asked of them but only accepted a little more than half of what was owed.

I called this morning in need of assistance. A very large branch had fallen from my tree and in my neighbor's yard. Sonny responded within 15-20 min of my service request and was at my home within 1 1/2hr. The workmen were very quiet and restored the yard back to its original state. The workman were courteous and made me aware of any issues right away. There was also another tree that needed to be cut down and Sonny negotiated a good price to remove it along with the branch. I am extremely pleased with the work and service and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
