This company was fantastic. They contacted me within 10 mins of me posting my project. We discussed the project and they were very excited about it and we discussed and negotiated a price and time frame. As the project progressed they informed me that the scope of the project was a little larger than anticipated. I was willing to sacrifice quality for a speedy turnaround. We agreed on a new delivery dat. They hit that target. Not only that but the did not compromise on the quality of the editing and formatting that I gave them permission not to do. So they went above and beyond to produce a higher quality than expected within the time constraints that we had agreed upon. I had initially told them that there were about 250 poems to edit it ended up being 403. Ouch. They did all this additions work with no extra charge and at a standard of work that we both could be proud of. This is very unusual in these commercialized times people seem to have less pride in what they do and give the lowest out put possible and overcharge. This company was the exact reverse. 4 other companies tried to get my business. I will be using them in the future for all my needs in publishing. I hope this review will help you select a company that will allow you to enjoy your project process.

My Go-To Angel at Digital Scribblers is Asher Stone, Sr. Format Editor.
Because this is my first professionally published book, I had many questions and concerns. Asher was consistently patient and responsive to needed corrections, explainations, and often times going beyond the call of duty with encouragement, assistance and care. I felt taken care of with Digital Scribblers.
Ruby the gatekeeper responded within 10 minutes of my putting a post for a request for information. Before I even hired Digital Scribblers, she was open to sharing, 'industry parameters' regarding fonts used by the print world.
My only regret is I am not able to afford their full publishing services. Maybe with the next book.
