- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With professional services generally, the pricing can seem high. I expect to be compensated in a fair and timely manner. I am happy to work with customers to reach a deal that is mutually beneficial! Discounts are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, I like to speak on the phone or meet in person and get to know their business. Then I like to estimate time, cost, and complexity of the project. Finally, I like to give them a price, get the contract signed, and begin work quickly. Afterwards, I like to make sure that the client is satisfied with my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance. I am a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor, a Patriot Software Certified Advisor, and a TSheets Certified Pro.
