He was efficient, quickly understood the scope of my project (did not try to "upsell" or add on additional work to inflate the price), and affordable. I was impressed that he wanted to meet a few days before the project (a wall and door build) to take a look at the space, at which time he looked at the materials list I had made to make sure I had everything required. He took on the job situate only a few days notice and didn't charge a premium. I highly recommend his work and we ourselves we hire him for future jobs if available.
