- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For insurance claims we utilize Xactimate, an industry mandatory pricing structure. For self pay or non covered losses we will work to provide the most value for your money while not cutting corners on any aspect of our work. Our indoor air quality tests are $299 for every room in the house and vary depending on the size of a commercial building.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving your information, we would like to speak with you to understand what you have going on. From there we will perform an on site inspection. A protocol and proposal will be given for all services necessary to restore your home or building to pre-loss condition. We handle insurance claims and self pay jobs from start to finish. We are a one stop solution and walk you through the entire process start to finish. Our streamlined process saves you time and money while providing turn key recovery solutions.
