- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weddings: Each wedding is unique to each couple and therefore, so is our pricing. We have multiple packages to suit our clients needs however, our most popular service is the traditional wedding ceremony priced at $750 for Fri-Sun and $600 Mon-Thur. We also offer simple signings (just sign the marriage license) starting at $100 and elopement ceremonies starting at $150. Notary Services: We follow state mandated guidelines for notarial acts however, since we are a mobile notary service, our base price for travel starts at $35.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With each potential client, I take the time to get to know you as a individual and understand exactly what it is that you need. I can meet with you in person or will converse via phone or email as much as you need. I am very personable and I want to be sure that I am able to meet your expectations at all times. If for some reason I am not knowledgeable in a particular area, I am not shy to let you know but rest assured, I'll find the answer OR I'd be happy to refer you to someone who could do a better job. At the end of our interaction, I will follow up to make sure you were satisfied with your services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have almost 10 years of experience as a Notary public and certified notary loan signing agent. My previous background in banking helped me to familiarize myself with a variety of documents and situations. I also have a great support system with over 60 + years of experience collectively. Weddings: I am licensed/ordained through American Marriage Ministries and through the state of Ohio. I have completed many Officiant courses to familiarize myself with the processes and different religions, cultures, and ideas.
