- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is variable depending on the scope of work required to complete the appraisal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, a customer will call me and inquire if I can complete an appraisal on their property. I will ask the customer about their property and the purpose of the appraisal so that I can estimate the scope of work and provide an accurate fee quote. If my fee is acceptable, I will figure out an appointment time and a completion date with the customer. Then, I come out and complete a physical inspection of the property. After the inspection, I will be working on the appraisal in the office for a few days and deliver by the agreed delivery date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified residential appraiser. Every year appraisers must complete continuing education to keep up with the changes in the industry.
