Very responsive from the moment I first messaged him. Was very friendly and explained anything I had questions about. Charged a very reasonable price for routine maintenance on both my heating and cooling system. I would definitely recommend him.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a 100.00 service fee. Non- negotiable for any job under 1500.00.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will advise customer the best solution and the cost efficient solution and let them make the decision. I’m not try to force something, they aren’t comfortable with.
