What a great experience. I contacted Sis service late Friday night and his response was very quick. He was available the next day to install our Ecobee thermostat that someone else installed incorrectly. The centralair was no longer working. This gentleman was very professional and friendly. Not only did he have our thermostat up and running, but he paid attention to or existing wiring and took the time to run new wires. We will definitely contact Sis Heating and cooling for all of our hvac issues. He even told me the correct air filter we needed.

Tenants AC was not working. We coordinated a visit by SJS to inspect. Response time was very timely as it was during the warmest time of the summer. SJS immediately informed me of what he believed the repair would be and the cost. SJS made the repairs the next day. I'll definitely use his services again.

There is a 100.00 service fee. Non- negotiable for any job under 1500.00.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will advise customer the best solution and the cost efficient solution and let them make the decision. I’m not try to force something, they aren’t comfortable with.
