I went thru absolute hell for months with the first contractor I hired, and then had a difficult time finding someone who would take on and fix the mess that was left. Dwayne was there for me. Everything literally had to be started again from scratch and required even more work than when first started because my first contractor put stain on my bare floors and never wiped it off. NIGHTMARE! As you can see by the before and after photos, the result that Dwayne left me with is beautiful. Thank you Dwayne!

I'm in the process of moving into a house that has been rented for years. It was excessively dirty. Mr. Rivers handled the deep cleaning as well as shampooing all the carpets for an exceptionally reasonable price. He is very friendly and accommodating, and has a great work ethic. He did an excellent job, and working with him was satisfying in every way. I would highly recommend his company and will use his service again.

I had a couch that needed to be cleaned after my cat peed on it. Dwayne was so professional and did a great job for a great price. He really took the time to make sure that everything was cleaned completely. I am very satisfied and would call him again in the future for any cleaning needs.

Dwayne did an EXCELLENT job on the floors - EXACTLY what I was looking for! He has a lot of pride in the work he does. We were getting ready to sell a house - the tenant ruined the carpeting & we pulled it up. We decided to have the hardwood floors refinished instead of replacing the carpeting. The livingroom was in pretty good shape. One bedroom had a residue from old carpet padding on it. The other bedroom was so-called refinished by the tenant (the tenant did a horrible job - all uneven and blotchy looking). Dwayne did a wonderful job on the livingroom. He got the carpet pad residue off & the bedroom floor is beautiful. The other bedroom, he had to fix what the tenant screwed up. He worked very hard to make it look good. There was a tough spot & I told him it looked OK, and to leave it as is - he said "I'm going to try something else because it would bother me, it's my job & I take pride in what I do" - more people should have his work ethics. The 2nd bedroom came out beautiful as well. We had 2 other estimates to have the floors done at OUTRAGEOUS quotes. Dwayne did exactly what we wanted/needed done - the other 2 companies kept trying to up-sale us with services I didn't think we needed. Both of the other companies told us we needed to sand down to bare wood, re-stain and they poly it! Dwayne said we didn't need to do that & he was right! Two realtors commented on how nice the floors were - I passed his business card on to them! I would hire Dwayne again in a heart beat...he's honest, reliable and did a bang up job on our floors! Wish I had a photo on my computer to share - I was very happy with the results! THANKS DWAYNE!

    The most common types of jobs we normally encounter are : Carpet cleaning, Tile & Grout cleaning, and window cleaning. But all other services are upon request and are welcome. We take on any kind of cleaning jobs, no matter the size.
