Still in beginning phases of working with this company, but so far:1) Excellent and timely communication.2) Simple CMS for managing property details and viewing monthly statements.3) Deliver on their promises and timelines.TL;DR last property management company was horrid. RentingDoors had my property turned around in less than 60 days with rehab, landscaping, and renters in both units.

I am new to investing in properties. I was referred to by multiple investor friends in Israel. To my surprise Mike nailed down an excellent purchase, ran rental comps, negotiated the sale, managed the rehab and got excellent tenants in place quickly. I am now well on my way to purchase my next property knowing I have Mikes expertise on my side. Andrew and his team manage all the maintenance, accounting and any day to day issues. Really looking forward to purchasing my next great turn-key investment to add to my new portfolio!
