I actually found Patti on Thumbtack in an effort to get my taxes done because I was in a hurry and unfortunately waited near the last day. She responded very quickly to my request. I very rarely rate someone with 5 stars, however I believe Patti and Quik Tax is deserving of it. When I came in I was greater immediately by a staff member, and they began to gather and enter my information right away. When I met Patti she was very cordial, articulate and sincere. It was the peak of tax time and her phones were ringing off the hook, (both cell phones & office) and people were coming into the lobby, however she gave me a great deal of attention and focus, yet made sure her staff and she addressed the needs of the calls and people in the lobby, and apologized for any interruptions. She went through my return in rather detail, and identified things I didn't even think of. I not only enjoyed the process of her assistance, and how she identified a lot more things for me to save me money, she was very kind, cordial, professional, and genuine. Hiring the services of Dean was excellent. He was quick and straight to the point attending my request and preparing my 2013 tax return. I have a complex international situation that most tax advisors I had contacted previously did not know how to deal with. Some even adviced me in the wrong way, as I learned later after doing research and educating myself on the topic. On the contrary, Dean is an International tax expert and answered to all my questions in a timely and precise fashion and presented all documentation in an extremely tidy and neat way.
