FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have very competitive pricing although quoting a job online can sometimes be difficult, not being able to see the job in person leads us to a few blind spots example: to small of gates for our zero turns to get into, very steep parts of the property causing us to push mow. There are just a couple of examples hopefully we have no difficulties on a property as posted above we prefer to be aware to our best knowledge of a property we are coming to care for thank you in advance it will be greatly appreciated!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step would be giving a competitive quote that hopefully cannot be passed up, secondly being honest, showing up on time and doing the best we can to keep the customer happy with there well groomed lawn once it is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of knowledge in the lawncare industry knowing what is right for the lawn and what is not right for it, such as when to not care for it and let it grow more during the hot dry summer months so we do not end up with a burnt up brown lawn.
