What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we first make contact with a new customer, we find out what the customer would like to accomplish. Once we have a good idea, we set up a time to come out to the customers residence/business and create a formal quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone at Garage Experts of Cincinnati has years of floor coating experience and specialized training. Each employee is well versed in everything down to the chemistry of the products that we use.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with customers from all walks of life. This is what makes what we do even more special; meeting the people that we do on a daily basis makes our day all the more enjoyable.
