Introduction: We specialize in patios, outdoor kitchens, and 3D design renderings. We now have the ability to present your very own patio rendering in Virtual Reality. This allows you to physically walk through the patio design to get a feel for the size, to look up at the pergola, sit down by the fireplace, and even walk into the hot tub. *Note that the $400 estimate charge is actually only if you are wanting a 3D rendering. This gets deducted from the installation cost. We serve Fort Mill, SC (Charlotte, NC and surrounding), and Myrtle Beach, SC. We travel beyond for specialty requests. With very few exceptions, our paver patios are installed on a 4 inch concrete base. Because we don't want our patios to deteriorate like those we repair, we have steered away from using the less expensive, yet extremely common crushed base.

We hired Allscape to install a patio off our back door. There had been a deck previously and we wanted to have a raised portion so it would be an easy step out and a larger lower portion. Dennis and his crew were exceptionally professional and did a fantastic job communicating with us about when they would be coming. They stuck to the estimate and timeline and I am sure if there had been any reasons for delay we would have been kept in the loop. The price for the patio was the highest quote that we got, but after hiring a cheaper company to do the work only to have them fall through and clearly not know what they were doing with such a large job, the price was absolutely worth it. From start to finish, this job was done with forethought and proper execution. I would recommend Allscape to anyone looking for a new patio without hesitation. We are now getting estimates for landscaping around the new patio and I will write another review as we will likely trust Allscape for that as well.

We were interested in adding a stamped patio. Dennis was very informative, and gave us ideas on design we did not even think about. We loved his suggestions and went with it. The team was punctual and kept us informed on the progress and next steps, even when we had a slight mishap...Dennis was right there to fix it and make it right. We love the new patio, it looks great and would recommend Allscape to friends and neighbors.

We had not had a patio in our yard for several years. I was both anxious and leary of the different options and contractors. We had several quotes but felt most comfortable with Dennis. On the first visit, he took pictures of out backyard and we talked about budget and what we wanted/needed. He returned with his computer and different layouts of what out patio could look like. Once we decided, he gave us a start date, weather permitting. Dennis was great with communicating and very easy to work with. My patio was started on a Wednesday and finished on Sunday. We decided on a stamped concrete patio. See picture. Don't hesitate to call them!

We just completed a patio project with Allscape and I wanted to take the time to leave them a review. I don’t write reviews often but after going through the process of searching for a contractor and not having many reviews to go off of, I want to make sure people like me know where to turn. Working with Allscape was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We knew we wanted a nice patio, but I had no idea what the options would be. Allscape came out, gave us some ideas and suggestions based on their experience, took some pictures, and came back the following day with 3D drawings of several options to consider. It was really great to be able to see it like that before making any decisions. We changed some colors, added a firewall, and drew up the pergola. That process really gave me the confidence in Allscape and put real images to the concept we had in mind. We talked through the details of the design, materials required, and timeframe. We committed and the project moved forward. The construction was complicated but the crew thought through the work and made sure all of my questions were answered. I’m very particular but they are obviously masters of their craft and put my concerns at ease. After all was said and done, we now have our dream patio, pergola, and firewall! The quality and workmanship is superb, and we know it will last forever. All in all, the process went smoothly and we are so happy with our decision to work with Allscape. Do it once, do it right!

1. Plain broom finished concrete (like a standard driveway) is least expensive. 2. Stamped concrete is the next level up. 3. Pavers, which we glue to a concrete base is the most expensive, but has the best longevity.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Meet with client to discuss ideas and take measurements. 2. Design a 3D virtual reality rendering of the project, within their budget. 3. If agreeable, sign contract, submit 50% as down payment, and add to schedule.

I was formally educated as an engineer. In addition to that, we always try to remain up to date with the newest technologies: seminars,publications, mastermind groups.
