- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s competitive and no cutting corners. I’m not cheap nor am I the most expensive. I’m reasonable on what I charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get an understanding of what you want and what you are looking for, what your expectations are and if you have any additional needs. Understanding what you want is priority and keeping communication through out the process.
