Mary Ann's Marvels!

Introduction: I am a recently retired teacher with 35 years of experience, most of it being in kindergarten and title 1. I also taught music and physical education for many years along with my regular kindergarten class. Because children learn and understand in different ways (according to Gardner's 7 Learning Styles), I have always approached teaching using many different styles, so each student can learn and achieve to his or her highest level possible. I will work with you, because you know your child best, to find the optimal learning approach for your child. My students always scored high on standardized testing, many at the top of the grade and all being at benchmark. I would love to work with your young child to make his/her early experience with school very rewarding!!
