Introduction: My name is Coach Toni and I earned my health coaching certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). I studied the ins and outs of holistic health, including foundational nutrition principles, nutrition science, and over 100 dietary theories, as well as innovative coaching methods, personal development, goal setting and much more. I went on to become a Certified Holistic Nutrition Weight Loss Coach through the Fit Chicks Academy. Currently I am studying with NASM for my Nutrition Coaching Certificate. I am also a NLP Life Coach. I have a passion for helping others see their own potential. As your partner in health, I'll share my knowledge to co-create personalized actions based on your goals, preferences, resources and unique body to move you toward your ideal vision of health.

Toni had RNY gastric bypass, and understands the unique needs that go with it. She has a passion for helping others see their own potential. She is also an animal lover; she just has a big heart!
