- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide the amenities of the most expensive DJ at a more budget friendly price. While we are more than qualified to charge more, our goal and philosophy is to deliver excellent service at an affordable rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with each customer to understand their vision for the event. We gather all the details, verify them, and follow up to ensure proper execution. In order to book Soul Glow Music, we request our clients sign a contract and make a small non-refundable deposit which is included in your total. This deposit guarantees your event date will be reserved; because we are in high demand we book on a first come, first serve basis.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had a passion for music and have accumulated a large library. I would make mixtapes for friends and they would encourage me to DJ. After a heart-to-heart talk with my wife I decided to go after my passion, and impact people by providing mobile DJ services.
